The six-channel Canon PF-06 Print Head is engineered to work with the printer's high-speed carriage and high-frequency ink ejection to help facilitate fast printing. The PF-06 is compatible with imagePROGRAF TM-200, TM-300, and TM-305 as well as the TX-3000 and TX-4000 printers.

The PF-06 utilizes a nozzle shape to help minimize mist spray, resulting in clean lines and text. The high-precision, high-density print head features a total of 15,360 nozzles and can lay down five picoliter-size ink droplets to produce sharp detail and image quality. With a max resolution of 2400 x 1200 dpi, the PF-06 produces fine lines that are accurate to ±0.10% and as thin as 0.02mm.
